Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and support the CVS Store Management team. This part-time role requires supervising staff, opening/closing procedures, and ensuring smooth daily execution.

The position offers a typical pay range of $17.00 to $26.00 per hour, 25 hours per week, and benefits eligibility depending on hours worked.

• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends; overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture: greet, offer help, thank.
• Supervise store crew and assign/direct activities.
• Communicate with store management and crews.
• Maintain stock, price items and manage displays.
• Execute opening/closing procedures.
