Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver great customer service.
• Produce high quality food and maintain clean, sanitary conditions.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience and ensure consistent brand standards.
• Manage cash handling and follow the Learning Management System Training Program.
• Develop staff for career growth and enforce policies and procedures.
• Participate in local and national marketing initiatives and build sales.
• Ensure establishment cleanliness and proper sanitation practices.
• Be certified in all four positions of the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with management and provide leadership by example.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and manage a team of 2-5 people.
• Key holder duties and responsibilities for opening and closing the store.
• Bake bread, slice, and perform all prep work as required.
• Ensure the store is noticeably cleaner than others and present a clean, fitted, and pressed uniform.
