• Maintains fast, accurate service and positive guest relations while ensuring products meet company quality standards.
• Conducts daily inventory and shift-to-shift food safety audits.
• Provides ongoing coaching and feedback to crew on service, quality and speed of service.
• Oversees cash procedures, open/close responsibilities, and safe handling of cash.
• Monitors inventory, food preparation, and order fulfillment to meet standards.
• Ensures timely food deliveries when management is absent and supports opening and closing.
• Provides hands-on training for crew in Learning Zone.
