Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to guide team members during shifts, ensuring coaching and development to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will ensure adherence to company policies and proper procedures for food prep and service throughout operations.

The role includes enforcing safety standards, supervising cash handling, and supporting daily shift tasks to maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or G.E.D. is highly recommended.
• ServSafe® food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, training and development for shift team members.
• Ensure prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensure menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Oversee opening and closing duties on the Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Enforce safety and security policies and procedures.
