Job summary

MINISO USA in Carson, CA is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help ensure store standards, drive sales, and support KPI achievement.

The role covers cashiering, opening/closing, replenishment, merchandising, cash handling, and shipment processing. You’ll promote the store’s membership program, resolve customer concerns professionally, and maintain loss prevention

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Demonstrate a positive, energetic attitude aligned with MINISO USA.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Participate in promotions and sales events to support business objectives.
