Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help manage cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, customer engagement, cash handling, and shipment processing.

You will actively promote the store's membership program to foster customer loyalty and contribute to achieving KPIs while maintaining store standards and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and cash-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Assist Store Manager in training and developing associates.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a positive, energetic environment that enhances customer experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
