Job summary

MINISO USA in Carson, CA seeks a Shift Leader to support daily operations, train associates, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, maintain store standards, and ensure accurate cash handling. Travel between locations may be required to support coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree helpful.
• Experience supervising in retail and leading a team is preferred.
• Ability to train staff and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist store manager in training sales associates and ensuring product knowledge.
• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and proper stock levels with visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close the store and ensure safety and procedural compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention and enforce company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in promotions and events to support business goals.
