GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 5525 at Village Pantry in Farmland, IN. The role requires open weekend and holiday availability with second or third shift expectations.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends, holidays, and multiple shifts.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physically able to perform duties such as cleaning, restocking, and maintenance.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills and clear communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store, including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits, overseeing store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
