Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC, operating the Village Pantry brand, seeks a Store Manager for Store 5611 in Indianapolis. You will lead daily store operations, supervise 8–15 team members across shifts, and own performance metrics while driving customer service and sales.

The role requires open availability, a valid driver's license, and a Food Safety Certification. Expect frequent shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays with opportunities for growth and a $1,500 sign-on bonus after six months.

Qualifications

• Open availability with the ability to work any shift as needed.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage and be available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Perform all duties of store employees including register, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and maintaining facilities.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and step in to manage deli/QSR operations when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
