Job summary

CVS Health in Forestville, MD is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer loyalty. You will lead the store crew when managers are not present and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will supervise staff, handle customer questions and complaints, and oversee pricing, stocking, and promotional displays while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities
