Job summary

CVS Health in Mableton, GA is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution and customer loyalty. You will lead staff when the manager is away and ensure smooth operations, including opening and closing procedures.

You’ll supervise, assist customers, price and stock merchandise, run displays, and safeguard confidentiality. Flexible early mornings, overnights and weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote customer service culture and greet/thank customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms.
