Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Morrow, GA to help drive store execution and customer service excellence alongside the CVS Store Management team. You will lead staff in the manager’s absence, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and support daily operations with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, handling customer questions, merchandising, and maintaining stock and displays.

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills with basic computer proficiency.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff when manager is absent and ensure opening/closing tasks are completed.
• Communicate with store management and crews effectively.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while upholding policy.
• Merchandise, price, stock shelves and manage displays, including weekly and promotional items.
