Job summary

CVS Health in Michigan is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence.

You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening and closing procedures, and promote CVS customer service culture. This full-time role requires flexibility to cover early mornings, overnights and weekends.

This position offers 40 hours weekly with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Supervise the crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS service culture
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience
