CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor in Michigan. The role supports the CVS Store Management team to drive store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead during manager absences, oversee opening/closing, and guide staff to maintain store standards and patient confidentiality.

The position requires flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with competitive benefits and a focus on delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff in absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer and patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
• Reset departments following planogram (POG).
