Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader in a fast-paced restaurant environment in Connecticut. You will help lead our team, oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure brand standards are met for a smooth shift workflow.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in achieving goals, maintain guest service excellence, and uphold food safety and cleanliness throughout the shift. This role requires strong leadership and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during each shift.
• Delegate tasks and communicate shift goals and priorities.
• Coach employees with timely, constructive feedback.
• Support onboarding and training of new Team Members.
• Foster a positive, respectful, team-oriented work environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and health standards.
• Assist with employee scheduling as assigned.
