Job summary

Papa John's in Ohio is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and the restaurant operation, ensuring consistently high quality products and outstanding customer service to drive restaurant profitability and brand standards.

You will oversee station duties, ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and safety rules, manage cash handling and inventory using our systems, and mentor team members. Strong teamwork, communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning; produce quality products and maintain holding times.
• Exemplifies core values, maintains a positive attitude and is flexible to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems; maintains quality, service and costs within standards; follows shift-management policies.
