Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management, accuracy, and portioning.
• Exemplifies Core Values, maintains a positive attitude, collaborates with others, and adapts to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems; maintains product quality and service standards.
• Contribute to profit goals by using the FOCUS System and managing inventory to minimize loss.
