You will manage station duties, uphold safety and company policies, mentor team members, and help control inventory and costs while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines, handles dough management and product prep
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and cleanliness to meet standards
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and accurate cash handling and inventory control
• Contribute to profit goals by managing costs and following company policies
