Job summary

Dairy Queen in Heath, OH is seeking an experienced shift leader to run daily restaurant operations with attention to detail and guest satisfaction. The role includes supporting the GM, managing inventory and staff, and ensuring food safety while maintaining a positive team environment.

You will be responsible for coaching crew, upholding standards, and driving operational performance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience, required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
• Must be ServSafe certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service and atmosphere.
• Train shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, food safety practices and restaurant safety practices.
• Assist GM with developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profits, and monitor P&L implications.
• Ensure fan service standards and promptly address customer concerns to promote positive experiences.
• Lead and develop shift leads and crew, monitor performance, and maintain staffing levels.
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation standards and compliance with regulations.
• Assist with local store marketing initiatives and community engagement.
