Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced shift leader to manage store operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service and atmosphere. You will oversee inventory, ordering, and cash controls while mentoring team members to uphold PRIDE standards.

The role emphasizes coaching and developing staff, meeting goals, and maintaining food safety and shop cleanliness in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• ServSafe certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full restaurant operation during scheduled shifts.
• Train and supervise shift leads and crew.
• Assist GM with P&L, inventory, and scheduling.
• Ensure customer service standards and Fan experience.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.
