Job summary

D Dairy Queen in Tipp City is seeking an experienced shift leader to run store operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service, and atmosphere meet Fan expectations. You will supervise staff, train crews on recipes and safety, and support the GM with planning and execution of promotions.

You will leverage strong interpersonal skills to resolve customer concerns, manage scheduling, and drive sales while maintaining a safe, engaging work environment for a high-volume restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick service environments preferred and able to manage COGS and labor
• Proven ability to train and coach team members
• Strong customer service focus and hospitality skills
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced setting

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations during shifts to meet quality, service and atmosphere targets
• Ensure staff are trained on PRIDE systems, recipes and safety practices
• Help implement store business plan and monitor P&L implications
• Manage customer concerns and resolve issues to promote repeat visits
• Prepare hourly staff schedules to meet staffing needs and seasonal demand
