Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is looking for a shift leader to manage the flow of service and direct team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. You will help build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members and may assist with purchasing, receiving and inventory tasks.

You will participate in applicant interviews and support employee relations, contributing to an inclusive, high‑performing environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification per local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving abilities and mentoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct flow of service and manage team members on shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
• Help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist with operational support functions (Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory).
• Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations.
