Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC in Florida is seeking a Restaurant Shift Lead to oversee the flow of service, direct the work of hourly team members, and uphold safety, cleanliness, quality and speed on a busy shift.

You will help build a high-performing team, assist with operational support functions such as purchasing and inventory, participate in interviews, and support employee relations to enhance guest experience and product consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food safety certification required per local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
