Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours) including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to perform all restaurant positions' duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure quality products and customer service.
• Adhere to station guidelines for dough management, portioning, and product prep procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and provide immediate feedback when issues arise.
• Assist in managing inventory and costs using company systems.
