You will oversee daily operations, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. This role requires 18+ years, long hours, and a readiness to perform duties across all stations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours) including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines and expectations for each area including dough management and portions.
• Performs station duties, ensures quality products and proper holding times.
• Contributes to achieving the company’s product goals and customer satisfaction.
• Follows TM handbook policies on attendance, safety and security.
• Exhibits core values, maintains a positive attitude and teamwork.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to resolve issues.
• Maintains costs, cleanliness and overall restaurant performance targets.
• Manages cash and inventory within company guidelines using standard systems.
