Job summary

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops by following Mooyah training guidelines.
• Educates, monitors, communicates, and reinforces all standards to team members.
• Ensures restaurant is operating at the highest standards and is compliant with all federal and state regulations.
• Demonstrates ability to execute every station according to Mooyah standards and procedures.
• Responsible for execution of all store systems.
• Ensures restaurant is for successfully executing all quality control programs.
• Supports management in all areas that impact profitability, including labor costs, waste management, costs of goods, and sales.
