Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working in a restaurant environment with progression and verifiable results.
• Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English in a business setting.
• Capable of solving problems quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Execute every station according to MOOYAH standards and procedures.
• Lead by example, supporting MOOYAH culture and brand characteristics.
• Ensure restaurant operates at high standards and complies with regulations.
• Enforce Operations Manual guidelines and store systems for shift management.
• Ensure quality control programs are executed successfully.
• Educate and reinforce quality standards with team members.
• Maintain equipment for optimal performance.
• Prepare food that meets MOOYAH Brand Standards.
