Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops by following Mooyah training guidelines
• Educates, monitors, communicates, and reinforces all standards to team members.
• ensures restaurant is operating at the highest standards and is compliant with all federal and state regulations.
• demonstrates ability to execute every station according to Mooyah standards and procedures
• responsible for execution of all store systems
• ensures restaurant is for successfully executing all quality control programs
• supports management in all areas that impact profitability, including labor costs, waste management, costs of goods, and sales
