• Ensures the restaurant is operating at the highest level of standards and is compliant with all state and federal government regulations.
• Follows and enforces all restaurant operations guidelines as defined in the Operations Manual.
• Responsible for the execution of store systems.
• Reviews schedules and payroll to control labor costs.
• Educates, communicates and reinforces quality standards to all team members.
• Maintains equipment for optimal performance.
• Prepares food that meets MOOYAH Brand Standards.
• Coaches and develops team members with a passion for service, excellence, and quality.
• Responds to guest complaints to ensure a positive experience with the brand.
• Develops and executes hospitality to ensure guest loyalty.
