Job summary

Qualifications

• Must speak, read and write English fluently.
• Strong math abilities including addition, subtraction, fractions and percentages.
• Experience using Excel and Word is preferred.
• Ability to manage a team and ensure high-quality service during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of approximately 3–15 employees.
• Provides on-the-job training for all employees.
• Oversees ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of supplies to minimize waste or theft.
• Supervises preparation, sales and service of food.
• Forecasts and estimates quantities of food items per shift.
• Supervises food preparation and service during duty and supports rush periods.
• Ensures customers receive world-class service.
• Routes deliveries and supervises drivers to maximize speed.
• Handles daily opening/closing procedures and daily/weekly paperwork.
• Maintains 100% accuracy of cash drawers and audits previous shifts.
