• Manage costs to hit expense standards and uphold COGs.
• Check products for consistency, palatability, and quality.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and service.
• Schedule staff hours and assign duties to ensure economical use of resources.
• Direct training programs and onboard new staff.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and vendor services.
• Adhere to opening and closing procedures and maintain records.
