Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant Leader to coach and develop Team Members on shift, delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring adherence to company policies.

You will monitor service, food quality, safety, and shift execution, lead opening/closing duties, and support the shift team with training and coaching to maintain high standards. A valid driver's license and Shift Leader certification are preferred, ServSafe training recommended.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors prompt, friendly customer service.
• Ensures menu items are prepared and served to standard.
• Oversees team member task assignments on shift.
• Assists team members to prepare quality products and maintain cleanliness.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for team members to follow.
• Ensures safety and security policies are enforced.
• Follows opening/closing duties on Shift Awareness Checklists.
• Adheres to cash handling procedures and POS controls.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
