Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar production environment, preferably food industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in poultry industry, preferably with first and second processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations including maintenance personnel.
• Assist supervisors with supervising and training production employees.
• Ensure production/yield requirements are met daily and safety of all employees.
• Coordinate with QA to meet food safety specifications.
• Administer disciplinary actions and corrective action plans.
• Enforce policies and perform other duties as assigned.
