Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas, ensuring high quality products and customer service while supporting restaurant profitability and adherence to company policies.

This role includes managing operations, scheduling, ensuring compliance with laws, and driving cost controls while maintaining safety and cleanliness within the restaurant. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
Successful and stable employment history preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends.
Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Adheres to guidelines and performs station duties including dough management and proper portioning.
Contributes to achieving product goals and meets customer needs while following policies.
Exemplifies core values and maintains a positive attitude and teamwork.
Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct issues while maintaining quality and costs.
Contributes to profit goals by managing inventory, costs, and cash per company procedures.
