Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including, but not limited to, dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties and maintains product holding times.
• Contributes to achieving the Company's product goals and meets customer needs, while minimizing complaints.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems; maintains quality and service within standards.
• Assists in cash management and inventory control to minimize loss and support profitability.
