Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service, driving restaurant profitability. The role enforces company policies, procedures and safety standards while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

The Shift Leader will manage shift coverage, assist in budgeting and inventory, and uphold brand standards across all stations to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines for dough management, portioning and product prep.
• Contributes to achieving product goals and satisfies customer needs.
• Demonstrates core values, maintains positive attitude and teamwork.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains quality and cleanliness.
• Assists in inventory control and cost management using company systems.

Education
