Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and manage station operations ensuring high-quality products and customer service. You will help run the restaurant in line with company policies, procedures and systems to support profitability.

Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, ensuring shift coverage, managing cash, and controlling costs while upholding safety, image and service standards. Prior experience preferred and Serv-Safe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy, and portioning.
• Performs workstation duties such as making quality products and following product preparation procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the Company product goals and helps meet customer needs.
• Follows TM handbook policies on image, attendance, safety, and security.
• Exhibits core values, maintains a positive attitude, and adapts to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for the restaurant.
• Provides immediate feedback and corrects issues.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance metrics (MCE readiness, costs, cleanliness).
• Contributes to profit goals by staying within company guidelines and targeting costs via FOCUS System.
• Executes cash management duties.
• Assists in managing inventory levels to minimize loss.
