Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv‑Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management, accuracy, and proper portioning.
• Contributes to achieving the company’s product goals and responds to customer needs while following policies and procedures.
