Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours) including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines and duties including dough management and portioning.
• Maintain product quality, customer service, and adherence to policies.
• Contribute to company values and support a positive work environment.
• Ensure adequate shift coverage and provide immediate feedback to issues.
• Support profit goals by managing inventory, costs, and cash handling.
