Job summary

Papa John’s in Clarksville, Indiana is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts, ensure high quality products and exceptional customer service, and support restaurant profitability.

You will manage station duties, uphold company policies, and help control food costs and labor using our systems. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, Serv-Safe certification preferred, and prior shift-lead experience; 18+ and able to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shifts and ensures high quality products and service.
• Manages station duties including dough handling and proper portioning.
• Maintains adherence to policies and procedures and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to address issues.
