Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required.
• Knowledge of common pawned items a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers while promoting sales and making deals for pawn items.
• Lead and coach store Team Members to achieve goals.
• Process loans and extensions and manage item pawns.
• Oversee opening and closing store procedures and supervision of staff.
