Job summary

EZPAWN is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead daily operations in a fast-paced store in Texas. You will supervise team members, process loans and extensions, and promote exceptional customer service while guiding customers and staff through the sales and pawn process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Process loans and extensions.
• Come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned.
• Open and close store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers.
