EZCORP is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead customer service and sales in a fast-paced pawn retail environment. You will coach Team Members, process loans and promotions, and help drive daily store performance with competitive pay and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers, promoting sales and negotiating deals on pawn items.
• Lead and coach Team Members and supervise store operations.
• Process loans and extensions; arrive at jointly satisfactory terms for pawned items.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Assist in evaluating items for pawn and advise customers.
