EZCORP, Inc. in Mission, Texas is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead the store, mentor Team Members, and drive sales of pawn items.

You will manage daily operations, handle loans and extensions, and promote exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus.
• Sales background, a plus.
• Bilingual, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, while promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items.
• Lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement.
• Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart.
• Processing loans and extensions; open and close store procedures; supervise and coach store Team Members.
