Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking a Shift Leader (part-time) to support daily restaurant operations at a Taco Bell location. You will supervise and train team members, uphold brand standards, and foster a positive work environment while guiding staff toward exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include planning and deploying crew, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and equipment, and handling daily banking tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.
• Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.
• Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.
