The role emphasizes supervision, training, and maintaining operational efficiency, with responsibility for workforce deployment, inventory, safety, and service quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members during shifts.
• Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.
