CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers are not onsite, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help maintain store standards.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, training, handling customer questions, and maintaining merchandising standards to foster a positive CVS experience for shoppers and patients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including early mornings, overnights and weekends, and respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Work with store management and crews to drive store execution.
• Supervise staff by assigning and following up on activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays and seasonal promotions.
