CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. You will lead crew, supervise opening/closing, and ensure smooth operations when managers are not onsite.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, improving customer service, and maintaining merchandising, stock, and displays. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts required.

Formación

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsabilidades

• Manage store operations and lead staff when managers are unavailable.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints to ensure excellent service.
• Stock shelves, set up displays and maintain seasonal promotions.
