CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in executing store operations, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed when management is not on site.

This role emphasizes teamwork, supervision of crew, merchandise presentation, and maintaining confidentiality of guest information while promoting a positive CVS customer experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision abilities are needed.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, some overnights and weekends; willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store crew by assigning tasks and following up.
• Communicate information between management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, issues and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, help, thank).
• Handle customer relations per policy to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays.
• Set up displays and inventory weekly, promotional and seasonal items.
• Manage off-shelf merchandise displays and reset departments per plan.
• Support opening and closing procedures when management is unavailable.
