Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations and high customer service standards. You will assist customers, maintain confidentiality, and oversee merchandise presentation and stock levels while opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

The role emphasizes effective communication with store management and crews, supervising staff, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills are required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Open and close procedures are completed accurately.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly/promotional/seasonal displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
